  Im giving 5 stars so my post will go to the top.
  However, its actually a "1" star!! Customer service very poor. The guy acted as though i was bothering him to order a sub. They have no desserts but lg chocolate chip cookies (maybe a few kinds..?) It sure does NOT have the welcoming atmosphere that the E. Ridge Rd store has. Any questions I asked, were answered short & snappy. I live across the street and will NEVER go in there again!! Its worth the drive to Irondequoit!!

  Saturday morning 11:30, door was open, lights were on. Tried to order a sandwich, but the clown behind the counter said he arrived late and was not open yet. Several other sandwich choices in the area, one less customer for Rubinos!

  The food is great. The owner is kind of a grouch and it seems to almost never been open. Food is very unhealthy. But the bread alone makes these subs so good. And the hot subs are just the best tasting in the area.
